A dry sparkling wine from the Trento DOC appellation, located in the Trentino region of northern Italy. Hand harvesting and grape selection ensure the best possible quality of the fruit supplied for the wine, which is made from 100% Chardonnay varietal. Thanks to 20 months of aging on the lees with local yeasts, Ferrari Brut achieves a remarkable complexity and complexity of aromas, among which we find wild flowers, bread crust and apples. In the mouth, the harmonious and dense structure transforms into a long and pleasant finish, full of yeasty accents. The wine has also been recognized in a number of competitions, receiving 90 points each from James Suckling and Wine Enthusiast, among others.
