Wine Brilla! Prosecco Rose Extra Dry

An exceptional pink sparkling wine from the Prosecco appellation, produced from a coupage of Glera and Pinot Noir varietals. Prosecco's character is due to the famous Charmata method, which is a second fermentation that takes place in closed steel vats, where the pressure created leads to the formation of bubbles. The whole thing is encased in fine bottles with a diamond-shaped, creative finish representing the style of the wine itself - expressive and elegant at the same time.

The complex bouquet of aromas includes notes of green apple, lemons and peaches with accents of acacia and rose flowers. The palate is glistening with subtle bubbles deliciously balancing the wine's slender texture and refreshing acidity with a full, pleasing finish.
