Wine Borgo Savaian Vibrazioni Cabernet Franc IGP Trevenezie

Vibrazioni is an extremely intriguing and engaging wine from the Trevenezie IGP appellation located in northern Italy. It is made from Cabernet Franc grapes, emanating a unique character in this region. It is aged for 12 months in barrels, or more precisely used small barriques imported from France, from the best Chateau. After that, it is aged another 4 months in bottles before continuing its journey to our glasses.

And in the glass, it's a wine with an extremely elegant and pleasant aroma. In the foreground, mallow and elderberry flowers come to mind. Next come red berries with touches of green pepper. On the palate, notes of sweet orange with hints of lavender surprise. The engaging, silky texture conceals the harmony between the essence of fruit flavors, slender tannins and the breakthrough of a hint of acidity with a salty finish. This is a wine with an extremely lively and engaging character.

The full-bodied character, on the other hand, will go perfectly in this case with beef and Italian dishes - such as lasagna. It will work equally well in the company of duck, roast or jerk pork. An out-of-the-ordinary wine, which is also worth trying during a solo tasting when discovering new flavors.
