Black Tower Eiswein, a so-called ice wine made from the Sylvaner grape. It owes its sweetness and essentiality to leaving the berries on the bush until frost and harvesting at night, during temperatures as low as -7 degrees. The water in the berries freezes and turns into ice crystals, making the squeezed juice extremely concentrated in flavors and sugars. On the palette of aromas we find dried fruits with honey and juicy peaches in the glass. On the palate, a silky, soft texture with perfectly balanced sweetness and essence of flavor gives the impression of tasting a true divine ambrosia.
