Wine A Growers Touch Chardonnay

A Growers Touch was created from 100% Chardonnay varietal in Australia's Riverina region. The grapes were matured on a sloping bed of sandy loam, which facilitates drainage, keeping the roots dry and aiding in leaf care. The winemaker is committed to the best quality of its products, making sure that the grapes for winemaking are always at the right level.

The wine is light yellow in color. In the aroma, fresh fruits of nectarine and peach and orange blossom are perceptible. The palate has balanced acidity with stone fruit with a background of subtle French oak.

The wine is best enjoyed with seafood such as crab and shrimp, steamed or grilled fish, chicken pasta with cream sauce or risotto with new potatoes.

We can drink the wine young or store it in good conditions for up to 3 years in the cellar.
