Whisky Tomatin Cù Bòcan Single Malt Scotch Whisky

The Scottish single malt whisky from the Tomatin distillery takes its name from the legendary wild dog roaming the woods and peat bogs near Tomatin, which disappeared leaving behind only puffs of blue smoke. Cù Bòcan Highland Single Malt was matured in Bourbon and Shery casks and in new American oak barrels. The whisky is gently smoky, peaty, full of citrus fruit aromas, with notes of coconut, coriander, almonds, honey and anise. On the palate it seems mild but after a while flavor notes associated with honey, cloves, cinnamon and anise reveal themselves. The finish is light with a pleasant hint of sweet smoke.
