Whisky The Whistler 5YO Bodega Cask Whiskey

Irish single malt whiskey aged a minimum of 5 years and finished in Spanish fortified wine barrels, Oloroso Sherry. This maturation process gives it aromas of dark fruits, leather, chocolate with flashes of caramel and lemon peel. On the palate, the extremely round and pleasant structure hides notes of dried figs, spices, dark chocolate and lemon peel. The dry and satisfyingly long finish perfectly encapsulates the tasting experience into one.
