Gin Silks Irish Dry Gin

Silks Gin is a unique gin distilled in batches in a 500-liter copper distiller. Plants for production come entirely from the family's apple orchards - apple blossoms from the orchard's trees, honey from the family's own apiary, and lilac and hawthorn blossoms from the family's own hedgerows. The 14 different plants that make up the final result are macerated for 24 hours.

In the bouquet of aromas one finds numerous citrus and fresh flowers. On the palate, the rich and silky texture hides orange peel with notes of apple and juniper. The finish leaves a hint of sweetness on the tongue with accents of honey.
