Gin Raasay Hebridean Gin

A unique gin, the core of which is made up of ten plant-based ingredients. In addition to juniper berries, the recipe includes orange and lemon peel, coriander, rhubarb root and angelica, licorice, violet pepper and cubeba pepper. The whole is tied together by alcohol, which is a product of malt whiskey distillation, giving the final tone to the gin.
