It was produced from 100% Folle Blanche strain, which was ravaged by phylloxera in the 19th century. Careful cultivation, passion and experience allowed the strain to rebound under the guidance of the Godet family and today Godet is the largest owner of cultivated Folle Blanche vines in the world. The white cognac was aged for 7 years in barrels before undergoing special filtration and purification processes. The shape of the package and bottle refers to an ice cube - to the cold climate of Antarctica, and also to the way it is served. Godet Antarctica Icy White should be served at 0 degrees on ice cubes. Tasting it is surprising - in the nose the cognac has a floral, slightly sweet, caramel aroma with noticeable chamomile and juniper.
