Wine Condado de Oriza Reserva Pagos del Rey

A Spanish wine with a cherry-red color with a hint of pomegranate. The nose shows sweet and spicy notes of fruit - strawberry and blueberry - as well as garland, clove and black pepper. The palate is clean, intense and well structured. The wine was kept for 24 months in barrels, with 80% American oak barrels and 20% French oak barrels. Due to the traditional vinification process, this wine may contain lees. The 2003 vintage received 89 points from Wine Spectator. The wine also won awards in competitions: a silver medal at AWC Vienna 2008 and a silver medal at the Wine Style Asia Awards 2008.
