Wine Chateau Latour-Martillac Pessac-Leognan

Chateau Latour-Martillac Pessac-Leognan is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot varietals. The eye is drawn to the dark reddish color, which shows beautifully in the glass. Aromas include a bouquet full of cherry, black currant, barrel notes, spice, butter and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is extremely full-bodied and harmonious, with perceptible aromas of cherries, chocolate, coffee and herbs. It pairs well with both white and red meat. The wine is classified as Grand Cru Classe de Graves, a classification created in 1953, for wines from the Passac-Leognan area, an area located in Bordeaux.
