Syrah chocolate

In Syrah chocolate, we find a combination of forest fruits and smoky flavor. The sweetness comes from strawberries and wild berries. On the other hand, a pinch of chili and spices such as cinnamon, anise and clove add spiciness. One can also smell tobacco from the smoke in which the chocolate was aged before being smelted.

Cocoa content 80.1%; weight 33g.

Ingredients: Bitter chocolate (cocoa pulp, sugar, reduced-fat natural cocoa powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin - GMO-free), freeze-dried: berries, strawberries; ground: cinnamon, cloves, anise, dried chili.
