Wine Antica Hirpinia Taurasi DOCG Taurasi

An exceptional wine from the Taurasi appellation, located in the Campania region of Italy. It is made from 100% Aglianico grape. 40% of the wine spends 12 months in small barriques, while the remaining 60% is aged for 18 months in large barrels. The wines are then blended to achieve full consistency for another 6 months.

This unique wine boasts an extraordinary, rich aroma full of ripe red fruits with touches of spice and coffee. On the palate, it is elegant and well structured, with expressive tannins and marked acidity. A long and floral finish is also a hallmark of this Taurasi.
