Rum Minoki Mizunara Cask Finished Rum

A unique Japanese rum that is a blend of rums from Japan and the Pacific. The distillate is inspired by a legend, according to which the first Japanese ruler was descended from a dragon princess who lived at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean in a palace made of coral. The rum was filtered with water from the coral and finished in Japanese oak barrels.

Minoki surprises with its freshness full of tropical fruits in the bouquet. On the palate it also manifests a lot of sweetness and a pleasant body, which is topped off with a finish full of spices and vanilla.
