Origin of the wine

Yeya Moscatel Chardonnay comes from the Finca Bacara vineyard, which is famous for producing exquisite wines with beautifully designed labels. The vineyards are located northeast of Jumilia, 900 meters above sea level. The grapes are harvested at night, when they reach peak ripeness, resulting in a full and rich aroma. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature to extract as much character as possible from the grapes and preserve freshness.

Tasting and aromatic qualities

Yeya is a white, persistent vegan wine from Spain. It has a straw yellow color with golden highlights and a fresh and complex aroma. The Chardonnay grape imparts sensuality to the wine, while Moscatel adds sweetness. Aromas include white fruits with hints of citrus, tropical fruits and honey. On the palate, the wine is smooth and full-bodied with noticeable fruitiness, fresh acidity, excellent structure and good balance.
