Wine Ventisquero Queulat Gran Reserva Sauvignon Blanc Leyda Valley

A dry white wine from the Leyda Valley region of Chile, made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grape. During the production process, Queulat Gran Reserva is aged for another five months on the lees (a method commonly known as Sur Lie), while being subjected to the batonnage method, a regular stirring of the lees to give the wine a richer flavor.

In the glass, the wine exudes a light straw color. Aromas include lots of fresh green bell pepper and freshly cut grass notes, as well as noticeable citrus notes. The wine's round and marked structure is perfectly balanced with crisp acidity and a smooth finish.

Queulat Gran Reserva Sauvignon Blanc will go well with dishes based on fish, white meat and green vegetables such as asparagus. It will also present itself interestingly with salads and light appetizers. It is a wine with its individual character, ideal for fans of discovering new flavors.
