Wine UBY 0 Zero Alcohol Sauvignon

A non-alcoholic white wine from the southwestern part of France, from the Gascony area. Its expressive, slightly dry character sets it apart from other, often sweeter non-alcoholic wines. Pitching on yeast, it acquires a lot of expressive aromas, which, thanks to very precise dealcoholization, does not lose its character.

The Sauvignon Blanc varietal present in the bottle gives the wine distinctive citrus notes, including grapefruit enriched with touches of pear and apple. On the palate, refreshing with a ripe finish. The fruity and expressive finish makes it extremely enjoyable and versatile.
