Wine Trapiche Reserve Chardonnay Mendoza

An outstanding white wine from Argentina, made in the Mendoza region from 100% Chardonnay grape. Hand harvesting ensures the best selection, and the wine acquires additional character during the maturation process, in which 50% of the wine is aged in French and American oak barrels. The other half, on the other hand, is matured in traditional tanks. In addition, 50% of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation.

In the glass, the wine exudes a yellow color full of green reflections. The bouquet of aromas is dominated by tropical fruits with pear and citrus notes, broken by dessert accents in the style of the famous creme brule and lemon cake. Perfectly balanced ripeness along with acidity make this wine extremely pleasant to taste.

Trapiche Reserve Chardonnay is a wine with even ideal character for white meats, pastas with white sauces, asparagus, as well as with a board of fresh cheeses.
