Wine Topico Moscatel DO La Mancha

A wine created in the central region of Spain, even named the granary of Spanish wine - Castilla La Mancha. It is a fairly flat region, characterized by low rainfall, cold winters and hot summers. Perfect conditions for the vines.

Topico Moscatel do la Mancha is an aromatic, sweet wine made entirely from the Moscatel variety. The fruit is harvested at night to maintain a temperature of 8˚C-10˚C and extract the best juice. To bring out all the flavors, maceration takes place at 10˚C for 36 hours. The wine is then fermented in vats for 24 days at 16˚C, successively filtered and bottled after refrigeration.

The wine is light gold in color and the aromas are fresh and complex. Notes of raisins, citrus fruits and orange blossom appear. On the palate the wine is silky, well balanced with an incredibly fresh and long finish.
