Tomatin Cu Bocan Signature Single Malt Scotch Whisky was matured in North American oak Bourbon and Sherry barrels. You can feel the subtlety of smoke and barrel character, combined with rich notes of citrus and exotic spices. On the nose one finds aromas of coconut, parsley, coriander, lime, grapefruit, tangerine, almond and anise. On the palate one senses spices, cloves, cinnamon and anise. Finish is delicate, with a hint of sweet smoke.
