Whisky Tomatin 36YO Single Malt Scotch Whisky

The world-renowned Scottish distillery Tomatin released the first edition of the 36 year old whisky in June 2015 in a quantity of 800 bottles. The whisky sold out very quickly and a second edition is currently on sale, also launched to the world market in a small quantity, and each bottle is numbered. This unique whisky was matured in Shery Oloroso and Bourbon casks, acquiring a unique character. The whisky has a rich nose, with ripe pears and ginger coming to the fore, followed by vanilla, milk chocolate, cream and ripe cherries in the background. On the palate, the whisky is creamy, with spices including cardamom and nutty malt flavors dominating, followed by fruit in sweet syrup.
