A red wine from the Lodi region of the state of California. The Cabernet Sauvignon responsible, along with the local terroir, for the wine's character casts a concentrated and full-bodied structure in the glass with a bouquet of black currant and cherry. Thanks to a 9-month aging process in oak barrels, on the palate the wine boasts a silky texture, slender tannins and a finish full of vanilla, coffee and black pepper. Simply perfect with steaks, burgers, lamb and aged cheeses.
