The Whistler Irish Whisky Oloroso Sherry Cask is a combination of malt and grain whiskies that were matured separately in bourbon barrels and then blended in an Oloroso Sherry cask. In the aroma one finds scents of cherries, caramel, raisins, white grapes, nut and nougat with raspberries and tropical fruits. On the palate, a pleasant touch of spice, orange, coconut, nougat, banana and pear. A light and mineral beverage with a long finish.
