Liqueur The Whistler Irish Honey Whiskey

The distillate is the result of a collaboration between the Boann distillery and the Cooney family of beekeepers. The Irish whiskey is first matured in bourbon barrels and finished in sherry casks before being blended with premium honey. The result is a beverage full of honey and caramel aromas with touches of almonds and classic Irish whiskey character. The mouthfeel is dominated by flavors of vanilla, caramel and honey with candied fruits. An excellent choice especially for proponents of milder distillates.
