Wine The Wanted Chard Chardonnay

A dry white wine from the south of Italy, made from the Chardonnay grape. Chardonnay grapes are carefully selected from low-yielding vineyards in the regions of Puglia and Sicily. It is matured in American oak barrels before acquiring its final character through aging on the lees for 6 months. It owes this to its rich and complex structure with slightly creamy accents.

In turn, the bouquet of aromas features juicy citrus and expressive tropical fruits such as bananas, pineapple and a delicate note of candied orange peel. In the mouth, it's balanced and elegant, with a pleasant harmony between fruit and a creamy structure with a slightly buttery finish.

An excellent wine for pairing with salads, fish, seafood and white meats in buttery sauces.
