Whisky Talisker 10 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

A very interesting and intriguing single mat whisky from a distillery located on the picturesque Isle of Skye. The location of the bottling plant is a factor that greatly influences the flavor of Talisker enriching it with accents of sea salt, iodine and, by some, hints of seaweed. On the nose, a unique maritime bouquet with notes of peat and water, lemons and oranges, as well as malt and oak from the casks in which the distillates that make up this whisky were aged for 10 years. The taste is noticeable of dried fruits, while the finish is pleasantly sweetly warming. Talisker was named Best Islands Single Malt Whisky in 2007, 2008 and 2011 and won a bronze medal at the World Whisky's Awards in 2014.
