Description Sherry Àlvaro Domecq Pedro Ximenez Jerez

A white fortified wine made from 100% Pedro Ximenez varietal, aged for 4 years in American oak barrels. This Spanish wine is pleasantly sweet and dense, golden amber in color, with aromas of dried dates, honey and raisins. It goes well with coffee and desserts, e.g. as an accompaniment to vanilla ice cream, it is also worth trying in combination with soft Roquefort cheese.
