Wine Sherry Àlvaro Domecq Oloroso Alburejo Jerez

A white, dry, fortified wine from Spain with a dark amber color. Sherry Oloroso is made from 100% Palomino varietal, aged in American oak barrels for 15 years, making the wine dense and intense. Oloroso is filled with aromas of walnuts and hazelnuts, vanilla is also well perceptible, with a delicate hint of dried wood. In the mouth, the wine is velvety, slightly spicy, with a long finish. Pairing this Sherry with food is worth reaching for red meat, game and even aged cheeses.
