Wine Sherry Àlvaro Domecq Cream Aranda Jerez

A semi-sweet, dense sherry, with an amber-mahogany color created from a combination of Palomino and Pedro Ximenez varieties. The wine was aged in American oak barrels, resulting in a deep flavor and an interesting aroma. The Sherry Cream taste is velvety, warm, you can sense sweet dried fruits such as raisins and dates with a strong, long finish. The nose features sweet dried fruits, cedar wood and slightly scratchy notes of dark honey. This Spanish sherry goes perfectly with both creamy cakes and soft, moldy cheeses.
