Wine Sella & Mosca Riserva Cannonau Di Sardegna D.O.C..

A dry red wine made from 100% Grenache grape on the picturesque Italian island of Sardinia. Cannonau is the oenological navel of Sardinia, if not the entire Mediterranean. Sella & Mosca devotes the utmost care to it. The production process carried out with the utmost attention to detail culminating in aging in oak barrels for at least 6 months and 2 years of bottle maturation in the cellar give it a classic, extremely mature and rich character.

In the glass we find a beautiful ruby red color. Aromas of sunny and ripe black currant fruit, plum, cherry, fresh notes of violets and oriental spices. The palate is robust, with excellent structure, warm in its alcoholic embrace, but always well balanced, thanks also to fresh balsamic blasts of herbs and berries.

It's a choice that will play perfectly with hard cheeses, red meat dishes, as well as with pizzas or pastes based on tomato sauce.
