Wine Santa Carolina Estrellas Cabernet Sauvignon Rapel Valley

Dry red wine from Rapel Valley, a wine region of Chile. Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The wine is aged for several months for proper complexity and texture, as well as to bring out the greater ripeness of the fruit.

In the glass, the wine exudes a ruby color with violet highlights. The aromatic bouquet consists of aromas of fresh red fruits with touches of cigar box, vanilla and dried spices. On the palate, delicate structure with notes of cherries and raspberries lined with soft roasted coffee. Expressive tannins with accents of black pepper perfectly close the body of the wine and follow through to a long finish.

Ideal with a board of aged cheeses, grilled red meats and appetizers.
