Wine Santa Carolina Chardonnay Valle del Rapel D.O..

This interpretation of the Chardonnay varietal is an example of a classic for all wines from Chile. Deep yellow in color, the nose has lots of tropical fruit aromas, rounded off a bit with vanilla nuances. In the mouth, the acidity is well balanced, lots of freshness and crispness. Would work well as a wine for fruit salads or fish dishes in light sauces.
