Wine Salto de Bierge Chardonnay DO Somontano

Dry white wine from Aragon, the wine region of Spain. It is made in the Somontano appellation from the Chardonnay grape. It is matured on yeast in oak barrels for four months with daily stirring according to the batonnage method.

In the glass it exudes a light yellow color with green highlights. Full of aromas of green fruits, minerals and spices - which are the result of the barrel's influence on the wine. On the palate, it is perfectly harmonized, full of character structure and expressive flavor. The long and pleasant finish highlights the full character of the wine.

This wine will do well in the company of white meats and dishes with expressive, fizzy sauces. It is also an excellent choice with semi-hard cheeses and a board of appetizers.
