Wine Quinta de Aves Sauvignon Blanc Moscatel GM

Quinta de Aves Sauvignon Blanc Moscatel GM is a 50/50 blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat varietals. The grapes are harvested at night and cold fermented in stainless steel to maximize the freshness of the fruit. On the nose one finds aromas of passion fruit, nectrain, musk and orange peel. On the palate, the wine is full of tropical fruit, particularly mango, pineapple, honey and marmalade. On the finish there is noticeable minerality, balanced refreshment and lemon-lime freshness. It goes well with vegetarian dishes, fish and desserts.
