A wine from the Loire Valley, from the Pouilly Fume appellation, where exceptional wines from the Sauvignon Blanc grape come from. Exceptional, among other things, because of the maturation process - here, as rarely in any other, Sauvignon Blanc is matured in oak barrels. Thanks to this, this French wine, in addition to the typical light gooseberry and grassy aromas, acquires asparagus and smoke nuances. Exceptional.
