Wine Ochagavia Don Silvestre Reserva Sauvignon Blanc Rapel Valley

An exquisite dry wine from Chile, from the Rapel Valley regoin, where it is produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The wine's proximity to the ocean plays a large role in its character, as well as the influence of a fair amount of rainfall during the cool months. This results in an extremely fresh and aromatic wine.

In the glass, the wine exudes a yellow color with green highlights. The aromatic bouquet is above all pears with a hint of pineapple, with hints of flowers and citrus manifesting themselves. On the palate, the balanced character reveals refreshing acidity, sweet fruitiness with some menthol accents. A pronounced structure with a marked finish hides a touch of spicy personality.

This is an ideal wine for solo tasting with friends as a refreshing summer aperitif. It will also do well with appetizers, salads and fish-based dishes.
