Whisky Mosgaard Organic Whisky Port Wine Cask Single Malt

An exquisite Danish Single Malt whisky characterized by an intense character full of sweet and spicy accents. Behind the unique character of this distillate are unusual casks - built on the basis of casks previously used for two types of wine - Porto Ruby and Porto Tawny. This allows to enrich the distillate with the character of Ruby - full of expressive fruity notes and Tawny - full of sweetness and nutty-caramel notes.

In the glass, the whisky exudes a character full of fruity notes, dark grapes, plums and apples. At the same time, it is full of sweetness coming from accents of caramel, anise, cinnamon and coffee. On the palate, it is expressively sweet and light, while possessing a full, rounded structure that conceals 49% alcohol, perfectly integrated under the whisky's flavor notes.
