Whisky Mosgaard Organic Whisky Palo Cortado Cask Single Malt

Mosgaard presents a unique whisky, distinguished from the rest of the range thanks to its bespoke casks. Medium-fired, arising from American white oak, they originally store Sherry Palo Cortado for a year and a half.

Whisky matured in these barrels is fruited with aromas of bitter orange and lemongrass. Ultimately, the distillate also achieves a high strength - as much as 53% alcohol. On the flavor palette we can also find notes of caramel, grapes, plums, green apples, as well as accents of cocoa. The long and filling finish highlights the whisky's strong structure and high complexity.
