Wine Messer Del Fauno Primitivo Puglia

Messer del fauno is produced in southern Italy in the Puglia region. Puglia is primarily famous for its Primitivo grape, and this wine was just made from 100% of it. Wine Ethusiast awarded this wine 87 points in 2010.

In the glass we can find a deep ruby color and an intense bouquet of blueberry, cherry and fried jam. The more we start to delve in we find spice notes. The taste of the Primitivo wine is juicy with a velvety and long finish.

It is an excellent wine for red meats, Italian dishes, including pizza or pastas with meat sauces. It is also a good choice for solo tastings with friends.
