Description La Reserve de Malartic Rouge Pessac-Leognan

La Reserve de Malartic Rouge Pessac-Leognan has an intense, deep red color with violet accents. The nose is complex, rich, very refined and deep. It is dominated by red fruits - currants, raspberries. The bouquet is concentrated and clean, with a slight smoky touch and minerality. On the palate the wine is soft, oily, generous. The texture of the wine is fine, elegant, with fine, pleasant tannins. The 2012 vintage was rated 94 points by Robert Parker and commented, "This is a brilliant wine."
