La Braccesca is an estate of the Antinori family, located in Tuscany and producing wine in the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano appellation. Here the Sangiovese varietal is called Prugnolo Gentile. A completely unremarkable, intensely aromatic wine, in which red, ripe fruits intertwine in harmony with vanilla notes. The mouthfeel is finely balanced, the structure is good and the tannins are well integrated into the whole. An Italian wine exemplifying world class.
