Wine Kaltern Quintessenz Sauvignon DOC Alto Adige Südtirol

It's safe to say that this is a masterpiece from the north of Italy, specifically from the Trentino - Alto Adige region. This dry white wine has impressive aging potential - it can wait up to 11 years. The color is golden with greenish accents. The aroma is very complex, fresh and mineral, where gooseberry, pear stand out, and in the background you can feel a touch of cut grass. In the mouth, it's very crisp, and combined with a creamy structure and juicy fruitiness, it's very enjoyable. Despite the considerable amount of alcohol (14%), it is not strongly perceptible. It will be a good idea to pair this white wine with fish dishes, asparagus and onion soup. In addition, it will be suitable as an aperitif. Kaltern Quintessenz Sauvignon has been awarded many times - by 2019 it had received 10 awards, including 94 points in the Robert Parker competition for the 2016 vintage.
