It differs from the previous edition in having a higher alcohol content of 43%. Despite this, the whisky has retained its gentle face. It is said to be "so strong and so mild". It is an offer for those who are already tasteful in the world of whisky, but are looking for novelty, interested in the history of whisky, its origin, tradition, diversity. Made according to the original, pre-war recipe, meticulously coded and stored in the Baczewski family for many years, it is now conquering the world anew. Baczewski whisky is made by blending different types of whisky from barley malt and grains of other cereals. The whisky has a more intense, deep copper color, in the nose the first fiddle is played by nut and grain aromas with a slight herbal note, after a while there are pleasant slightly sweet caramel notes. The taste is more dry than sweet, oily and spicy with a long, intense finish.
