Baczewski Suweren vodka - a taste and aroma of history

Between the wars, Suweren vodka was known all over the world. Today it returns to the shelves still distilled in the same way. Production began in 1782 near Lviv, when the Baczewski family started a small distillery. In 1810, Leopold Baczewski moved it to Lviv. During World War II, the factory was destroyed and it wasn't until 1956 that the Baczewski family regained the rights to the trademark and, together with Eduard Gessler, resumed production while preserving the pre-war recipe. The small factory at the Vienna branch still produces the famous and award-winning Suweren potato vodka.
