Wine Finca Antigua Cabernet Sauvignon La Mancha D.O..

A monogrape Spanish wine that is made from the Cabernet Sauvignon varietal, the fruit of which comes from the Las Mateas vineyard. The production process is very precise, preferably undergoing fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. It then spends six months in new American oak barrels. It is distinguished by its deep cherry color. We can smell typical aromas of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety - red fruits with black currant leading the way. Very well balanced, the acidity harmonizes well with the tannins.
