The wines in the EL SOL collection are designed for people who appreciate gentleness, lightness and subtle sweetness in wine. EL SO CHILE is produced in the sunny Central Valley at the Vina Marquez winery in Curicio. It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varietals.

El Sol Chile is a mild red wine, purple in color. It has a fruity bouquet with notes of currant and cherry and an aftertaste of vanilla. It is very light and gentle on the palate. The ripening of the fruit in Chile's specific climate with hot days and cool nights gives this wine a unique taste and aroma.

It pairs well with red meat, cheeses and snacks. The serving temperature is 18 C.
