Wine Don Silvestre Reserva Chardonnay Rapel Valley

A dry wine from Chile, from the Rapel Valley region, made from the famous Chardonnay grape south of the city of Santiago. The characteristic climate of the region combined with sandy soils result in ideal conditions for the development of Chardonnay grapes, which later in the vinification process are aged for 4 months in French and American oak barrels.

The wine has a bright yellow color. In the glass it exudes aromas of pear, pineapple and banana. Refreshing and crisp on the tongue with an expressive structure highlighted by flavors of ripe fruit. A creamy texture with accents of vanilla and toffee reveal the benefits of aging in oak barrels. Long and complex with an extremely pleasant finish.

Ideal with dishes based on fish and seafood. It will also do well with dishes based on white meats and thick sauces. The wine's refreshing character also makes it worth taking with friends.
