Merlot chocolate

Merlot chocolate is a wonderful reflection of its native varietal. An intense combination of fresh and dried plum and espresso highlight its character. Crushed cocoa beans in the chocolate paste are also an interesting touch.

Ingredients: Bitter chocolate (cocoa pulp, sugar, reduced-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin - GMO-free), caramel, freeze-dried prunes, roasted and crushed cocoa beans, ground: cinnamon, coffee, black pepper, Bourbon vanilla.
