Wine Chateau de Terrefort-Quancard Bordeaux Superieur A.O.C..

An excellent dry red wine from the right bank of Bordeaux, closed under the Bordeaux Superieur appellation. It is created by blending classic grapes for the region, predominantly Merlot over Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine then spends 12 months in French oak barrels.

It captivates with a deep ruby color with amaranth edges. Juicy black currant with a hint of forest berries appears on the aromatic palette, while after a while notes of herbs and vanilla also affix themselves. In the mouth, a pronounced yet not overpowering structure conceals rounded tannins and harmonized acidity. The long and juicy finish is full of slender, fruity notes with a touch of vanilla.

This is a delectable wine for meals based on red meat, including pork, beef or lamb. It will also do well with game.
